We're now offering a premium White Glove Delivery service in addition to our regular free shipping options for US customers (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

Differing from our self-fill/self-assembly free shipping options, customers opting for this White Glove Service will have:

• Bean bags delivered pre-filled
• Free-standing hammocks and sun loungers fully assembled onsite
• Any packaging/debris removed after delivery

Pricing for this service will be calculated at checkout based on your order quantity.

Please note: If opting for this service, you will be able to select a preferred delivery date and time once you hear from our White Glove service provider. You will be able to make changes to this delivery window up to 24 hours prior to dispatch. Any other changes to delivery may incur additional charges, including:

• not being at home to receive goods at agreed date/time (hence requiring goods to be returned and re-delivered)
• rescheduling the delivery time once loaded or while in route
• cancellations
• pick-ups
• storage fees if held longer than 14 days

This service is not available for our rugs, hammocks (without stands) or floor cushions at this stage.
