Since 2007, lujo has designed and made its products in New Zealand, working with skilled local craftspeople and carefully selected materials.

This considered approach underpins our commitment to quality and informs the warranties we offer across our range.

5 Year Limited Product Warranty

lujo products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of order against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

Some products e.g. accessories, may carry different warranty periods, which will be noted on the relevant product page.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

In addition to the above, lujo offers a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty across our range.

This warranty covers deterioration or damage resulting from a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product.

For the purposes of this warranty, a manufacturing defect is defined as a deviation from design specifications during production that results in a product defect, frailty, or structural shortcoming.

In the unlikely event a manufacturing defect is identified, we will assess the issue and, where confirmed, work with you to resolve it at our cost.

What This Warranty Covers

• Verified manufacturing defects
• Structural or material failures arising from production faults

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Natural ageing or patina of materials
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Exposure to conditions outside recommended use or care guidelines
• Changes in appearance that do not affect structural integrity

Assessment & Resolution

All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Where a claim is approved, lujo may, at its discretion:

• Repair the item
• Replace the affected component or product
• Provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the nature of the defect

Warranty & Returns Relationship

Warranty claims are assessed separately from change-of-mind returns. Approved warranty claims are not subject to restocking fees or return shipping charges.
