Duties, Taxes & Customs

All US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

This means lujo covers all applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs charges associated with delivering your order to the United States. There are no additional charges payable on delivery, checkout amount is full and final.

Shipping Rates

US orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated per order and displayed at checkout.

This flat rate contributes towards international freight, handling, and delivery and allows us to offer a consistent and reliable service regardless of destination within the continental US.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Some custom items or larger commercial orders may require additional handling or preparation time, which we will notify you about at the time of order.

Orders placed over holiday periods can also be subject to delays while our staff are on holiday.

Once dispatched, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our team within 7 working days to lodge a claim. Issues lodged after this time will be at the discretion of the carrier.
