All lujo pieces are designed and made in New Zealand, where a deep respect for materials, craft and quality shapes every piece.

Yes. All lujo pieces are backed by a 5-year Product Warranty and Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

lujo sells exclusively online and direct. While we don’t operate retail stores or showrooms, we do provide detailed imagery, product specifications, material samples, customer support and 30 day returns to help you choose with confidence.

lujo operates with a considered, fixed-price approach, ensuring all customers pay the same price regardless of when they purchase. On rare occasions, we may offer limited end-of-line pricing when a fabric or colour is being discontinued.

Most orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days, with delivery typically 5–7 business days from dispatch.

For US customers, all applicable duties and tariffs are covered by lujo. Orders ship DDP (duties paid), no additional charges apply.

Returns may be available within 30 days subject to conditions covered in our Returns policy.
