Yes. All lujo pieces are suitable for specifying in commercial environments.

Our outdoor pieces are designed to withstand year-round outdoor use. For additional longevity and to maintain appearance, we recommend using weather covers or storing items during extreme weather or extended periods of non-use.

Some pieces arrive fully assembled, while others are delivered in flat-pack form for efficient global shipping from New Zealand. Assembly requirements, if any, are simple and clearly outlined with your order and typically take around 15-20 minutes per piece. All required tools are supplied.

Replacement covers, squabs and parts are available for purchase if required. Please contact our team to discuss.

Yes. Our free-standing hammocks are engineered for strength and balance, with carefully considered proportions and materials that provide a secure, stable lounging experience.

Yes. While designed to be solid for stability, our free-standing hammocks can be repositioned when needed, ideally with two people for ease.

The Kyoto Medio bean bag is designed to suit older children and smaller-framed adults, offering a versatile size that works comfortably across shared living spaces.

The Amalfi hammock is designed to adapt to a wide range of spaces between trees, posts, beams or walls, with adjustable hanging lengths between 3-8 metres to suit your space. Suitable fixings are required for the intended location.

Our sun loungers offer multiple recline positions using the integrated struts, a horizontal position using the supplied stopper, or a gentle rocking position when both are removed. Each position is designed to remain secure and stable during use.

The recommended distance between mounting points is approximately 400cm, with fixing points around 120cm off the ground. We don’t recommend shortening the Haven hammock, however additional rope or straps can be used to extend the length if mounting points are further apart or higher.

For shipping efficiency, outside of the UK and Canada all lujo bean bag covers are delivered unfilled (cover and liner only). We recommend sourcing EPS bean bag filling from a local retailer and self-filling at home.

For UK and Canada, we arrange delivery of standard EPS filling on your behalf, ensuring the correct volume arrives around the same time as your cover and liner.

lujo sells exclusively online and direct. While we don’t operate retail stores or showrooms, we do provide detailed imagery, product specifications, material samples, customer support and 30 day returns to help you choose with confidence.

No, we only sell direct or offer a trade discount to approved trade partners. Trade can apply here

lujo operates with a considered, fixed-price approach, ensuring all customers pay the same price regardless of when they purchase. On rare occasions, we may offer limited end-of-line pricing when a fabric or colour is being discontinued.

Yes. Fabric swatches are available for all of our pieces, allowing you to experience colour and texture in your own space before ordering. You can select up to 5 free swatches here

For international orders (excluding Australia and the US markets), any applicable duties and tariffs are calculated and paid at checkout. Orders will ship DDP (duties paid), no additional charges apply.

This means lujo covers all applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs charges associated with delivering your order to the United States. There are no additional charges payable on delivery, checkout amount is full and final.

We offer prompt airfreight delivery globally using Fedex, who are experienced in handling furniture items.

Most orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days, with delivery typically 6–8 business days from dispatch.

Yes. Tracking details are emailed once shipped.

Yes. All lujo pieces are backed by a 5-year Product Warranty and Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Our manufacturing warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including deterioration or damage resulting from a verified manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product. This reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Normal wear, natural weathering and misuse are not covered. Full details can be found here

In the unlikely event your piece requires a repair, our team will work with you to assess the issue and advise on repair or resolution, ensuring your piece continues to be enjoyed for years to come.

Like all natural hardwoods, some colour change will occur over time when exposed to the elements. This is a natural and expected part of the timber’s ageing process. While the tone may soften or lighten, the strength and structural integrity of the timber are designed to endure. Regular care and maintenance can help manage appearance over time if you wish to preserve the original colour.

Returns may be available within 30 days subject to conditions covered in our Returns Policy

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
